Conscious Awareness of Patterns in Thinking and Feeling

 

THERAPY IS really about LEARNING who you are, ACCEPTING, EMBRACING, CHANGING, and CREATING what you want in your life. The goal of therapy is to allow an individual to move through different states of emotion while maintaining a healthy perspective, developing CREATIVITY, and facilitating personal growth. The therapist plays a collaborative role in a discovery process that is as varied and different as each individual. The process is SELF-REGULATING and can be as long or as short as you wish.

Joy, sorrow, anger, anxiety, and depression are all expressions of a living being. Hiding from emotions diminishes the status of well-being. FLUID EXPRESSION of emotion creates WELL-BEING.
